We produce a range of highly efficient TFX heaters, which are very quick and easily erected and commissioned. These are extensively used for various engineering purposes.   • Construction : 3 Pass / 4 Pass vertical thermic fluid heaters.

  • Capacity : 2 lac Kcals/Hr to 30 lac Kcals/Hr

  • Working pressure : 10.54 Kgs/cm2 to 32s Kgs/cm2

  • Furnace & feeding : Coal / Lignite / Wood / Briquettes / Othe Agrowaste.

SALIENT FEATURES

  • 4 Pass in construction, hence heat from flue gases extracted to the maximum.

  • Separate Radiation and Convection coils for easy maintenance and cleaning.

  • Pneumatic feeding and Fluidised bed combustion option for pulverised fuel.

  • Air Preheater in the flue gas line helps in recovering heat from flue gases and preheat combustion air. Better for moist fuel combustion.

  • Minimal radiation losses as radiative and convective coils are insulated.

  • Very quickly attains the required temperature from cold start.

  • Ideal for Process industries where temperature requirements are as high as 300�C.

  • Very quickly and easily erected and commissioned.

SFX BOILER

  • Construction : Shell and tube type, fully wet back, three pass agrowaste fired boiler.

  • Capacity : 1,000 kgs/hr to 3,000 kgs/hr.(Singlefurnace) 3,000 kgs/hr to 6,000 kgs/hr.(Twin furnace)

  • Working pressure : 10.54 Kgs/cm2 to 21 Kgs/cm2

  • Furnace & feeding : Internal furnace manual feeding

  • Fuel feeding into the furnace manual, hence fuel of different sizes & uneven shape can be burnt.

It gives quick response for steam demand fluctuation. These boilers are suitable for process industries where continuous uninterrupted steam is required.   • Furnace & feeding : Internal furnace pneumatically over fed for fuel like Paddy husk, Groundnut shell, Saw dust etc.
